As I mentioned in my Boobday Friday post this week, in all the years we’ve been visiting our beach we’ve never had to buy an umbrella. We’d usually find one left behind from previous holiday-makers the week before.
But last summer was different … in so many ways … and it was clear that there had been few visitors on the beach before us.
We found just one, wedged between some rocks at the far end of the beach, tattered and torn. Perhaps it was even a relic from the summer before? But it still opened … and made for some lovely patterns in the mid-day sun!

Love those patterns! It’s like this umbrella was waiting there for you, wanting to be on the photo with you 😉

<3 That is brilliant, K – I love your boobday image too. You always make me long for sunshine x
Tell the man, I love this shot!
I love the casual vibe of this picture. It looks like heat and sun and vacation and everything fun and sexy. I hope it’s all of those things for you!
I love that you always find an old discarded umbrella…. definitely environmentally friendly and this one seems like maybe one the best you ever found

Beautiful patterns K. I’m guessing it is the same beach as your Lilo video a few months ago which was so funny and so beautiful 🙂
This is an umbrella for creating artistic shade.
Amazing ass Modesty. 😉
It looks like a spiderweb but what a spectacular find!
What a lovely…pattern. 🙂
