As you can probably imagine, I always try to be sensible whenever I am out and about. You know I’m not one normally to take unnecessary risks!
But I must say I was a little nervous whilst navigating my way through rows and rows of these Sunflowers during my Lavender gathering in August.
Nervous because there were so many bees buzzing about, that I just had to keep flapping my sarong to try to keep them at bay!!!
Anyway, though Sunflowers don’t have the strongest of smells, I’m sure you’ll find more “scents” to enjoy at this week’s Wicked Wednesday.
P.S. – I’m hoping that all my flapping-about amongst these Sunflowers will qualify for the “Crops” category at Jade’s fun Scavenger Hunt pages.

How could this not qualify for the ‘Crops’ Category??? I can think of one of my ‘categories’ it just qualified for. Striking photo, and kudos not only to the model in the field of sunflowers, but also the photog accompanying her on her rounds.
Definitely fits the crops location in my opinion and reminds me that I have something perfect for that one too

Sunflowers might not have much of a scent, but lavender does! Where does one find a sarong that was intentionally built for flashing?! I love it – I’ve never seen a sarong with straps outside of this blog.
