After a relaxing and very indulgent summer . . . I thought it was time to start getting back into shape!
So I spent several hours this afternoon . . . re-acquainting myself with my
favourite Punch Bag!!!
Taking great enjoyment from sharpening my reflexes and practicing some
of those jabs and uppercuts!!!
It was a rather intensive and quite exhausting (but Sinfully fun) workout!!!
And now that I’ve had a chance to catch my breath, I think I shall just unwind and check-out what everyone else has been up to by jabbing those naughty Sinful Sunday lips below!
