The English autumn has only just begun . . . but I’m already missing the summer sun . . . and summer fun! Not only of this summer just gone, but of
summer’s long, long past as well.
And this photo, from our Polaroids Past collection, brings back wonderful memories of my very first summer vacation to the far north of New Zealand.
I’m standing atop a famous sun-dial over-looking a gorgeous view of the Bay of Islands spread below us. But despite the fact that this was almost 30 years before we’d even heard of Dee’s Scavenger Hunt, Hubby was . . . for some reason . . . standing with his back to the lovely view and taking photos in completely the opposite direction!!!
I am sure you will discover lots of other people looking back, and looking forward, this Sinful Sunday by kissing the lips below!
absolutely the sexiest sundial I have ever seen
this is SPECTACULAR!!!
I cannot imagine what distracted him. 😉
Another gorgeous old photo of you! You are lovely now and you were lovely back then!

This is a fabulous image! I too am missing the summer days, although I’m not sure we had summer this year! Now I’m counting the days until the next one!
Love it. I think it is awesome that you still have all of these images. 🙂
Oh God, I always love your Polaroids Past images so so much. I want you to do a coffee table book of them – I would buy it! xx
