“It’s right on quite a busy road” I said to Hubby after we’d parked in the driveway, and began to wander around towards the front of the property.
“Don’t you think there might be a lot of traffic noise?”
“Well the front is so overgrown with tree’s I can’t see anything anyway” he called back. “Let’s take down the number and call the Agents when we get into town.”
We never did of course, as we ruminated over all the probable difficulties of buying property abroad. But as I mentioned on Friday, it’s turned very chilly here in London over the past week, and suddenly thoughts of having a summer holiday home seem quite attractive to me again!
I suppose I shall just have to try to distract myself with more immediate, warmer, things to view at this week’s Sinful Sunday by
dialling the lips below instead!
P.s. But I do think our short summer distraction will surely fit the “Real Estate” category at Jade’s wonderful and fun Scavenger Hunt pages!

I wrestle with buying a winter home everytime it gets cold amd want to head further south.
Oh we did exactly the same thing this summer. If I had the money I would do it in a heartbeat

Is this the moment to mention it will be 41 degrees at the Oasis on Wednesday? However it will be 36 back home so not much difference…
I would be so tempted too but I couldn’t decide where I’d want to buy something. I don’t want to restrict myself to one place…I need to see everywhere!
Love the purples of your wrap and love to be reminded of summer. I have a holiday home but it isn’t in the kind of place where it would be easy to pose as you did. Well at least during summer and in the daytime….
