A Boobday Past #Boobday Friday

Modesty Ablaze Doorstep – 1982

The thing I love most about Boobday Friday is that . . . as Hyacinth says . . . there is beauty in all of us that we should embrace. No matter our age, no matter how we physically change as the years pass us by, we all hold that inner-beauty in our hearts. And sharing that inner beauty should make all of us stronger and feel better about ourselves . . . and hopefully make others feel better about themselves too.

I wasn’t thinking about that on my doorstep in 1982 of course . . . but this, and all of my Polaroids Past  photos now bring back all those memories. Fun times, sad times, good times, bad times?

Aren’t those the sort of emotions we all feel whenever we browse back through our old photograph albums? All part of what has made us who we are.

Boobday is a body-positive meme where women share images of their bodies in order to show that there is beauty in all of us.  With confidence comes power and with power comes confidence.
