Ooohh . . . doesn’t “Emergency Access” just get you all excited and tingly???
Well it certainly does me . . . and you know I would never ever knowingly wish
to “obstruct” anyone!
Oh my goodness . . . that White-Van-Man has decided to do a u-turn in the road and drive past again. He clearly wasn’t paying attention to the sign when he first glanced over as he drove down the hill!!!
It turned-out that he didn’t want to turn into the Gate after all . . . he just drove by very, very slowly, obviously looking for the correct point-of-entry further on up the hill.
