Modesty reviews “The Spotty Revolving P-Spot Massager” from Nomi Tang

Since I first discovered Nomi Tang’s designer sex toys when she approached me last year to review her wonderful Infiniti Vibrator, I’ve become more and more intrigued by her interesting designs.

So I was delighted . . . and once again intrigued . . . when her “Spotty” . . . a revolving, vibrating, prostate massager, arrived in my post box recently.

First of all intrigued by the name of course . . . but it’s not called “The Spotty” because it’s covered in spots, rather because it is a P-Spot vibrator. Actually not just a p-spot vibrator, but also a p-spot massager!

So . . . a massaging, as well as a vibrating toy for one’s bottom certainly sounded interesting to me . . . even though I’m not personally equipped for the precise target of the Spotty’s revolving and massaging tip.

Like all of Nomi Tang’s products the packaging is well designed and constructed and very stylish. The outer black and silver presentation sleeve has an illustration of the outline shape of the toy . . . and some bullet point type graphics of it’s main functions, printed on the spine. The actual storage box inside is a wonderfully strong, matt black cardboard box with the silver foil Nomi Tang logo on the top, which just oozes class and style. The Spotty itself sits inside it’s own black-foam cushion inside the box, along with a small manual and the USB charging cable.

The manual is very small . . . and in dim and subdued and sensual lighting is actually very difficult to read. So I would recommend that you read it through in advance, perhaps whilst you are charging it, rather than risking frustration . . . and eye-strain, and spoiling your mood and desire just when you thought you were ready to play.

The Spotty is charged either through a standard USB charging adaptor, or by plugging it into the USB port on your computer. It will take two and a half hours to charge and, apparently, will then run for up to three hours depending on the speed and vibation patterns you select. (Though I can’t imagine anyone could take three hours of continual anal vibrations!!!)

The Spotty has two completely independent motors – one in each “stem” – which are operated by two separate buttons. You press each button to turn on, and then press again to cycle through the five different vibrations, or three different revolving functions, on the massaging head itself.

To turn the motors off you have to hold the respective button down for two seconds. It’s actually a bit tricky to get used to at first, as it’s so easy to get lost in concentration and hold onto the button for just that extra second too long and turn-off the motor by mistake, just when you thought you’d found the setting you most enjoy. But like all things . . . practice makes perfect!!!

The Spotty’s insertable length measures 4 inches, with the revovling head part being almost two inches from the tip down to the part of the vibrator that is designed to massage and stimulate the prostate gland. The head is one and a half inches wide tapering down to a narrower neck before widening again further down the shaft.

Although I obviously don’t have a prostate I did want to try the Spotty myself !!! So . . .  after a liberal coating of lube (water-based only due to it’s silicone coating) . . . I did find the revolving motion quite a pleasurable sensation inside my bottom, especially when alternating the speed and vibration patterns. My “assistant”, who of course does have the right gland in the right place, also reported similar enjoyment from alternating the speed and vibration settings . . . although he did have a little more trouble with the length than I did!!!

The other “stem” of the Spotty, the more bulbous one, is designed to stimulate the perineum. Although it doesn’t revolve, it does have five different vibration patterns, and, actually quite strong ones!!! It is two and a half inches long and almost two inches wide. Hubby tells me the straight vibration patterns didn’t do anything for him at all, but he found the pulsing settings actually did enhance what was going on inside his bottom!!!

The Spotty is completely covered in a lovely feeling, FDG Grade silicone and is 100% waterproof. If you have seen my video review of Nomi Tang’s Infinity you will know that I took it into the bath with me for part of my review. Well although I don’t do that during my video review of the Spotty, I do show you a little demonstration to illustrate the strength of the vibration settings when submerged. Nomi says it is useable up to one metre underwater . . . though I think the insertion angles required would make that rather difficult to achieve!!!

I do love the feel of silicone toys . . . they always feel so nice to hold . . . and therefore nice to use. And in the case of the Spotty, the design which utilises a hole for one’s finger or thumb as part of the natural gripping motion makes it easy and comfortable to hold onto during play.

And, speaking of play, how was it during use? Well, both of us feel it is fun . . . and interesting . . . to play with. And it certainly has added pleasure to our play sessions each time we have used it. And, although he feels he probably couldn’t orgasm from using just the Spotty on it’s own, once it is inserted and buzzing away I only have to start stroking his willy for a few moments to bring him to a wonderfully impressive and intensive cum. So, from that point of view, he says that using The Spotty gives him probably the most stimulating and pleasurable anal play he’s had.

So, there you go boys, if you’d like some new and rather varied twisting and vibrating sensations for your bottom, The Spotty certainly gets the “thumbs up” from us!!!
